The Bushwick Film Festival is back from Oct. 1–5 for its 18th edition, bringing five days of independent film, culture and community to venues across Brooklyn. Founded in 2007, the festival showcases 100 films from more than 60 countries and draws thousands of attendees, while also hosting free workshops and public programs. “This year, we’re leaning into the impact of friendship and the power of connection,” says BFF Founder Kweighbaye Kotee. Festival passes are on sale, with new options like the Film Friend Friday Pass, My BFF Pass and Group Chat Bundle.
