Michael LaRouche , a business and engineering executive with over three decades of experience, has been named CEO of Serco North America, effective Oct. 1. Michael LaRouche’s New RoleLaRouche will drive Serco North America’s expansion, particularly within the U.S. and Canadian markets. “I look forward to Michael taking our North American business forward for the benefit of our customers, employees and shareholders at a time when the division has strong momentum,” said Anthony Kirby , group CEO of Serco. Prior to that, LaRouche was president at SAIC , where he led a multi-billion-dollar sector supporting space, the intelligence community and Department of Defense agencies. Earlier in his career, LaRouche was a director at Lockheed Martin , leading C4ISR programs across global defense domains and pioneering unmanned systems and cross-domain operations.
