V2X has finalized its acquisition of QinetiQ Group’s U.S. intelligence business as part of a push to expand its capabilities and improve its position in the U.S. intelligence community and national security space. Expanding V2X’s IC, National Security CapabilitiesV2X said Monday the deal is valued at about $24 million net of estimated tax benefits and broadens its access to critical national security programs. The U.S. intelligence business of British defense technology company QinetiQ provides data engineering, intelligence mission support and cyber platforms for IC customers. V2X noted that it has begun integrating QinetiQ’s U.S. intelligence business with its national security portfolio. V2X supports customers in defense, national security and commercial markets by providing operations and logistics support, aerospace and aviation, technology, and training platforms and services.
