Prince Harry and Prince William's nicknames for Queen Camilla have been revealed. Sources say both Harry and William distrust Queen Camilla. It's no secret that Prince William and Prince Harry have a complicated relationship with their stepmother, Queen Camilla, and apparently they had a series of nicknames for her when they were young which are...revealing to say the least! In his book, (via The Daily Mail) royal author Tom Quinn claimed that Harry and William called Queen Camilla "Lady Macbeth," "Cruella de Vil" and the "Witch of the West" as teenagers. As a reminder, Harry wrote about Camilla in his book, Spare, and recalled begging his dad not to marry.
