In May 2023, Ben bought the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom, 38,000 square-foot property for $60.8 million as his primary residence with J.Lo and their kids. Per the original listing, the home included a sports lounge, bar, fully equipped gym, boxing ring, basketball courts, and pickleball courts. Still, they had no luck, and in July, the listing was removed all together.
