The deceased, Gouramma, 29, a resident of Eerlapenta in Lingala mandal, had been unwell and undergoing treatment. Her family boarded a ‘108’ ambulance with the body, hoping to return to Eerlapenta. To their shock, the ambulance staff allegedly dropped them along with the body at Farhabad crossroads around 6 p.m., reports said. With no transport facility available, Gouramma’s family was forced to spend the night on the roadside at Farhabad crossroads.
