Three including boy killed by tiger in Maharashtra; panic in Telangana border villagesA tiger killed three persons in separate attacks in Maharashtra’s Chandrapur district on Thursday, sparking panic in Telangana’s border villages. In Lavari village of Chimur taluk, Mesram Vidya (42) was killed when a tiger attacked her while she was returning from her farm. In another incident, Sunil Rauth (32), a shepherd, was mauled to death at Lakpur village in Brahmapuri taluk. The same evening, Baban Mankar (10) was killed by a tiger while playing in front of his house at Gadbhori, a forest-fringe village in Sindhevahi taluk. Villagers have urged officials to act swiftly to prevent further human loss and stop the animal from entering Telangana.
