By T.Karnakar Reddy Updated On - 20 September 2025, 09:54 PMSangareddy: The treatment by a registered medical practitioner (RMP) resulted in the death of a 14-year-old boy in a remote village in Sangareddy district on Friday. The boy, Begari Prasanthi (14), of Shelgira in Manoor mandal, was taken to a local RMP Yunus on September 17 as he was suffering from cold and cough. As the situation worsened, Prasanth was taken to Yunus on the following day when the RMP gave some medicine. Police retrieved the body from the canal and shifted it to Karimnagar district headquarters hospital for postmortem.
