This initiative, conducted in collaboration with Sahyog Care Foundation, empowered 32 ex-servicemen with comprehensive drone pilot training. The training yielded results, with four companies expressing interest and conducting interviews with the candidates and 12 candidates showing interest in an entrepreneurial model with IPAGEUMA (India Drone Academy). Three candidates opted for advanced training and others were shortlisted for technical and tech-admin roles, pending a second round of interviews.
