PM Modi to lay foundation stone for RS 5,127 crore infrastructure projects in Arunachal todayPM Modi will lay foundation stones for Rs 5,127 crore projects in Arunachal today, including hydropower, highways, and border village development, before addressing a rally in Itanagar and heading to Tripura. These two projects, estimated at over Rs 3,700 crore, are being developed by NEEPCO in joint venture with the Arunachal Pradesh government. After visiting Mizoram, Manipur, and Assam earlier this month, the Prime Minister is in Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura on Monday. Arunachal will receive free power worth over Rs 98 crore and a Local Area Development Fund of more than Rs 16 crore every year for community development. From Itanagar, the Prime Minister will travel to Tripura later in the day.
