The arrested Pathlavath Ravi (35), a resident of Balanagar and native of Wanaparthy, on September 18, following a quarrel with a person, Neelam Rajesh, had killed him by throwing a boulder on his head. After killing the man, Ravi escaped from the place. A special team of the government railway police caught him and arrested him.
