An Acacia Crossings man was arrested after authorities say he went on a demolition spree that left an estimated $8,000 in damages at a Maricopa apartment Sept. 6.
Daniel Orlando Romero, 23, was taken into custody last Friday following a six-day investigation into a late-night rampage from the previous weekend.
According to the Western Pinal Justice Court, he now faces two felony counts of criminal damage and one count of disorderly conduct.
He is looking at two and a half years in prison for the criminal damage charges, plus up to another six months for disorderly conduct, along with fines and restitution.
That’s when the judge issued the warrant that was served last week alongside the fresh slate of charges.
