Age Concern Hampshire is tackling the issue through its Information Service, which offers older people across Hampshire personalised assistance with form-filling, financial entitlement checks, and help applying for schemes such as Blue Badges.
The charity's team of trained volunteers supports applications for Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Pension Credit, and Blue Badges, either by phone or during home visits.

In addition to benefits support, Age Concern Hampshire’s Information Service also signposts individuals to other services, including home services, digital inclusion, foot care and specialist support.
