From Wednesday, September 24, the barriers will be removed, and visitors will not collect a ticket as they enter the car park. The car park now uses number plate recognition technology (ANPR) and an app-free permit system called Autopay. Festival Place has partnered with the UK's leading automated parking provider, Hozah. Visitors can register their car and card details online once to enjoy cashless, ticketless parking on every visit. To celebrate the launch, pre-registered visitors will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a year’s free parking.
