Lifestyle magazine Muddy Stilettos has listed the top 300 places to live in the UK in a new guide, and readers were given the chance to vote for the best 10 destinations in each county. Following this vote, the rankings have been released, with Bradford on Avon scooping top spot. The riverside town narrowly beat out second placed Malmesbury, which had been crowned number one in 2024. While these were the best of the best, Muddy Stilettos was full of praise for the rest of the county and what is has to offer. A spokesperson said: “Wiltshire boasts swathes of countryside, a hot cultural scene and a constellation of Michelin stars.
