Town becomes 'Bridgerton set' as part of festival celebrations

Around 150 people headed to the county town last week to celebrate the life, times, and works of Jane Austen.
The event centred around Parade House, a Grade 1 listed building on Fore Street that plays hosts to events throughout the year and has become a fixture on the Jane Austen Festival programme.
Bath’s Jane Austen Festival has been running since 2001, and which saw thousands flock to the region as part of a 10-day celebration of the novelist.
In a statement with the Wiltshire Times, Carey Tesler, who owns Parade House with her husband Simon Tesler, and who runs the annual Jane Austen Festival.
She then arranged for a copy to be made which is now on display at Parade House.
