On Saturday, September 20, the annual Wiltshire Chilli Fest took place in Westbury, with crowds packing out the town centre to celebrate the spice. The festival’s main attraction, the famous Wiltshire Chilli Eating Competition, was said by the town council to have captivated crowds as contestants took on some of the world’s hottest peppers. Speaking with the Wiltshire Times, Callum said he wanted to thank the town council for organising and make clear his appreciation for the crowd’s support. An undercover marquee offered visitors a welcome retreat, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy the festivities regardless of the weather. Westbury Town Council says the success of the Wiltshire Chilli Fest demonstrates the town's passion for bringing the community together for a day of food, fun, and support for local talent.
