Both are for the piece of land north of West Ashton Road, and east of Leap Gate. Persimmon intends to build 122 homes for the open market comprising 11 two-bed dwellings, 91 three-bed homes, and 20 four-bed houses. It will also build 39 affordable units, comprising 21 two-bed dwellings and 18 three-bed homes. Again, thirty affordable housing units, ranging from 458 to 1,103 sq ft of space, will be integrated into the scheme. Meanwhile, the low-density estate proposed by Charles Church, which adjoins West Ashton village, will be comprised of two- and three-storey detached, semi-detached and terraced homes.
