The online survey market is projected to exceed $32 billion by 2030, according to Global Market Insights, but integrity of data collected by those surveys is often jeopardized by fraudulent responses. To better detect problematic data, Kennesaw State University assistant professors Dr. Lauren Matheny and Dr. Kevin Gittner are developing a fraud detection system that can identify low-quality responses, bot-generated content, and AI-generated answers.
