The offender approached the woman and sprayed her face with an unknown liquid before leaving on foot. A local City, MD, urgent care center treated the victim, who is currently in stable condition. We describe the suspect as a medium-built male with a light complexion, last seen wearing only dark clothing. The police are investigating the incident and seeking information on the culprit.
