Court documents show Joseph Wambugu Wachiuri and Samuel Karuga Wachiuri allegedly used money obtained by false pretence from businesswoman Grace Njeri Irungu to acquire a grey Ford Ranger (KDL 252U) and an orange Ford Ranger (KDT 605S) in May 2025. Both men now face multiple counts of money laundering and obtaining money by false pretences. ‎The case will proceed on trial of December 4,2025 at the Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Court, where Grace Njeri Irungu and several witnesses are expected to testify.
