Dutch retailer Albert Heijn is leveraging technology as it seeks to further reduce food waste with its new initiative Laatste Kans Koopjes (Last Chance Bargains).

Last Chance BargainsWith Last Chance Bargains, Albert Heijn is bundling its four existing food waste prevention campaigns - AH Leftovers, the Fruit & Vegetable Bag, Dynamic Discounting, and Yesterday's Bread.
