This photograph shows from left to right Wayne Barngrover and Phil Poston. Barngrover and Poston served as board members of the Edwards County Economic Development Corporation in Kinsley, Kansas. Barngrover served as board vice-president and was vice-president of the Kinsley Bank. Poston served as chairman of the board and was area manger of KPL.
