CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Carolina Panthers second-year wide receiver Xavier Legette remains confident despite a slow start to the season, saying “when it pops, it’s going to pop.”Nothing has popped yet for Legette. Good days are coming.”Legette will look to turn things around on Sunday in the Panthers home opener against the Atlanta Falcons. Canales, who calls offensive plays for the Panthers, takes some of the responsibility for Legette’s slow start. “He’s going to be great for us. … I had a roller-coaster ride while I was at the University of South Carolina, so I’m used to what is going on.”
