According to the Auxilion report, nearly half of surveyed professionals believe large-scale organisational change could cause disruption.
Auxilion, an Irish IT managed services provider, has released the results of a survey exploring the current attitudes towards work among the Irish population.
What was discovered is that, of those who contributed information, 33pc have started applying for jobs in companies they consider to be more innovative.
13pc fear a loss of autonomy when it comes to organisational change.
