<p>This unique role will provide actuarial support to the Management and Commercial business units across this highly successful and well-known General Insurance company.</p> <p>As a newly created position that has been created as the result of growth, the role will span across 3 main areas; Profitability, Planning & Forecasting and Reserving.</p> <p>Profitability - In this part of the role, you will support the team with the quarterly business review which the UK CEO will present to Group to drive profitability. An interesting part of the role where you will be liaising with different parts of the business units from actuarial, finance, claims etc and get an understanding of what Exec needs to know and why they need to know it.</p> <p>Planning - For this part of the role you will be challenging the budget loss ratios and making sure everything looks reasonable. Understanding if the business should be expanding into other areas and
