Conor Sheridan says his AI platform frees up restaurants to focus on what matters most – ‘great food and even greater customer experiences’. Based in Dublin and London, AI start-up Nory has announced a Series B funding round of $37m to improve its hospitality platform, hire data scientists and drive its US expansion. Its AI platform learns from historical operational and sales data to deliver business insights and recommendations, the company says. Previously known as Skueeze, the start-up raised $16m in a Series A round led by Accel in 2024. In 2021, it raised $2m in a round led by Berlin’s Cavalry Ventures and London’s Playfair Capital.
