My favourite parts of the daily work were the collaborative aspects, working with such a diverse group of people brought fresh perspectives to every challenge. We also had presentations with senior leaders, giving us valuable insights into their areas of work and what their roles entailed. What have been the most challenging parts of working life since taking up this programme? The final project gave us freedom to explore different solutions creatively, whilst the entire programme facilitated that crucial transition from university to working life. This transition support is, in my view, essential and should be at the core of any graduate programme.
