SAS Scandinavia Airlines has released details of an expanded program of flights for summer 2026. The schedule will include nine new routes, six new destinations, and a significant boost in connectivity across Europe, North America, and Asia. The northern summer of 2026 will mark a significant uptick in flights for the carrier, with a 20% increase in seat capacity from Copenhagen, which will lead to 50% more connecting opportunities. “The expansion reinforces Copenhagen’s role as Scandinavia’s global hub and reflects SAS’s long-term commitment to connecting Scandinavia and the world,” it added. “We are excited to present our largest summer program in SAS’s history, which reflects the strong momentum we’re having as a company”, says Anko van der Werff, President & CEO of SAS.
