Nothing specific to point out, just a regular fluid and filter change. Mercedes follows the system of Service A and Service B as part of their Flexible Service System. Service B includes everything in Service A, plus cabin dust/combination filter replacement, brake fluid exchange and more comprehensive inspections (e.g., suspension, steering, etc.) My next service will be a Service A, and I would go for transmission oil change, along with rear diff oil change as well. Another thing I am contemplating is to shorten the fluid replacement window to 10k kms (from Merc's recommended 15k kms).
