The added boost this year for me are my new Nikon Z8 camera paired with the Nikkor Z 400mm f/4.5 prime lens. After a few kilometres post the turn off towards H D Kote from the Mysuru Ring Road, the road has become very bad especially in some stretches. It has never been this bad before, I spoke to some of the safari drivers and they were of the same opinion too. I now realise that the simulated shutter sound does NOT match the number of photos being taken. It is an absolute shame how parents assume other people will be very tolerant of their brats on safari.
