Brakes felt much much better and surprisingly felt easier navigating through the traffic. Immediately regretted decision to take bike as it started raining again and the roads were all muddy slushy. I have just tried it, took it for a short spin and suspension felt much better. Overall, I was really with the bike after riding it close to 60km. Will also need good riding gears as I don't have proper riding jackets and pants yet.
