Reading Rep Theatre is looking for children to play Tiny Tim in its 2025 production of A Christmas Carol, a reimagined version of Charles Dickens’ classic tale set in Reading and inspired by the Huntley and Palmers Biscuit Factory. Paul Stacey, founding artistic director of Reading Rep Theatre, said: "Christmas at Reading Rep is always a magical time, and Tiny Tim sits at the very heart of that magic. Auditions will take place on September 27 at Reading Rep Theatre’s learning space. The 2025/26 season marks a bold step forward for Reading Rep Theatre, which is quickly gaining national attention for its productions. The Reading Chronicle added: "If you want to experience a wonderful alternative to the classic Christmas panto, then Reading Rep are one to watch."
