More Janes AddictionJane’s Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell has made a filing denying “any and all” allegations of assault made by bandmate Dave Navarro in a $10 million lawsuit. Earlier this year, Navarro accused Farrell of assault and battery during Jane’s Addiction's recent reunion tour. He also alleged that Navarro has “unclean hands” and seeks the dismissal of the lawsuit. Responding to Farrell’s latest filing, Navarro’s attorney, Christopher Frost, stated that the lawsuit filed by the Jane’s Addiction band members “speaks for itself.”Frost added, “By responding in this way, Mr. Farrell is not taking any formal legal step to stop the litigation. Hours after his bandmates sued him, Farrell filed a separate lawsuit that claims that he was the victim of “bullying.” He countersued his bandmates for assault, battery, infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract.
