The Adelaide and Brisbane editions of the Supanova Comic-Con & Gaming expo have expanded with a second announcement of pop-culture icons. Supanova will soar into Adelaide next month (Friday 31 October – Sunday 2 November), before blasting into Brisbane (Friday 7 November – Sunday 9 November). The three days of fun have grown with fan-favourite events and Supa-Star guests with beloved works in sci-fi, fantasy, and superhero content. Doctor Who star Billie Piper will make her Supanova debut this November, appearing exclusively in Adelaide. Supanova will also host fandom festivities, including Level Up, powered by the ACS (Australian Computer Society) and keynote speakers Adam Spender and Alex Proyas.
