More Tame ImpalaIt’s a good time to be a Tame Impala fan, with Kevin Parker’s psychedelic rock project releasing its first album in five years next month. The new album, Deadbeat, was announced earlier this month. Set for release on Friday, 17 October, Deadbeat marks the fifth Tame Impala album and the first full-length since the 2020 release of The Slow Rush. Parker unveiled the track listing on social media, sharing the songs across four sides on vinyl as different variants of the album span on a record player. In other Tame Impala news, recent achievements for Parker include producing Dua Lipa’s latest album, Radical Optimism, and inventing a new synthesiser , while Tame Impala were also credited as guests on Justice’s 2024 tracks One Night/All Night and the Grammy Award-winning Neverender.
