More The ChatsSunshine Coast punk rockers The Chats were a super fan named Ella’s category of choice on this week’s episode of Hard Quiz, and she’s even gotten a shoutout from the band. If you’re unfamiliar with the series, Hard Quiz is an Australian comedy quiz show that airs on the ABC. This week, The Chats’ biggest fan, Ella, won against experts in topics such as Peter Sellers, beer, and the Great Fire of London, taking home the Hard Quiz Big Brass Mug. Responding to ABC iView’s post about Ella’s appearance on Hard Quiz, where she correctly answered the question about the inspiration behind The Chats’ kind of music (“shed rock”), the band commented that they hoped she’d win the episode. At the 2022 ARIA Awards, the album won the Best Hard Rock or Heavy Metal Album award.
