Truly the perfect graphic novel--I know so many people who seem to have a personal relationship with this book (myself included). That spread where he says "pregnant... with anticipation" is probably the most I've ever laughed at a comic--no matter how many times I read it, it just gets better. Sometimes I would get stuck in my thoughts and say to myself, I'm pregnant... with anticipation. And sometimes when I feel sad and confused, I just open that book at that page and look at his face saying pregnant.. with anticipation, and it's like being reminded of all that is good in life. I can imagine myself having a good chuckle with it on my deathbed.
