More infoA Derby store, which had been hoping to escape the axe after administrators were called in to rescue the company, will be closing after all this week.
It means around 150 shops will have been shut since administrators at advisory firm Interpath were appointed, with more than 1,000 staff losing their jobs.
Bodycare was founded in 1970 on a Lancashire market stall by Graham and Margaret Blackledge, but has been owned by Baaj Capital since 2021.
"We will continue to explore options for the company’s assets, including the Bodycare brand, and will provide further updates in due course."
