East Midlands bakery chain Birds have traded their historic shop location in a Derbyshire market town for a new spot. The Birds Ashbourne site has moved from the Gingerbread Shop in St John Street to the Horse and Jockey Yard. The branch opened its doors in the new location on Friday, September 19, which is said to have created a "modern new home" for Birds in Ashbourne. The bakery has debuted a new coffee offering at the location, as well as new products and usual favourites. We’re really excited to welcome both loyal and new customers to the store and continue to be part of the fantastic Ashbourne community.”
