Godla, 24, of Leacroft Road, Derby, spotted the woman in the McDonalds restaurant on Osmaston Park Road on November 19 last year. Afterwards, Detective Constable Spibey said: "This was a calculated and predatory attack on a young woman. "Thankfully this kind of stranger attack is rare, but we are committed to weeding out those who commit any acts of sexual violence and will do everything we can to ensure that justice is served against perpetrators. Godla is now off the streets, and our communities are that bit safer."
