Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina State and Tulane were the other teams in the middle of the Venn diagram. Kansas State began the 2025 season in the top 20 of the Associated Press Top 25 and USA Today Coaches polls. Missouri is 23rd in the AP Top 25 and 22nd in the USA Today Coaches Poll. Iowa State is 12th in the AP Top 25 and 13th in the USA Today Coaches poll.
