The gala royal party members presented the Young Gardeners and Young Photographers trophies, adding £10 each from the gala to the winners of the young sections. Held at Dalgety Bay community centre, the events saw tickets sold at the venue and the church, with each bundle containing a red ticket that granted the entrant a spot prize of a bottle of red wine. The show was successful, it didn’t rain, there were plenty of visitors, and many compliments about the show were received. The society's next meeting will feature a talk by Brian Johnston from Dalgety Community Trust about the heritage trail in the town. This will take place on Friday, October 3 at 7pm in Dalgety Bay Community Centre, with an open invitation extended to all.
