The art project aims to transform the space into a brighter, more attractive walkway for people arriving in the city. Ian then spoke at a Central Dunfermline Community Council meeting, in a bid to move the process along. He said: “I presented images of the underpass as it is today and shared data from a public survey. “Artist Lynn Crombie presented some sketches for how it could potentially look when repainted.
