AYT Foods sits on Dunfermline’s Bridge Street, and was started back in 2023 when Nigerian founder Temitope Ajayi-Salami became tired of traveling to Glasgow for her native cuisine. Her hard work paid off on September 11 when AYT won Consumer Products Start-Up of the Year at the 2025 UK National StartUp Awards. Ms Ajayi-Salami said: “Winning this award on a national stage is a deeply emotional and proud moment for me and the entire AYT Foods family.
