Families, students and art lovers of all ages filled the museum grounds to enjoy hands-on art activities, live music performances and a showcase of student vendors from William & Mary. The highlight for many was the chalk art competition, which named three top winners, with first place taking home a $500 prize. The recent gathering at the Muscarelle Museum of Art was more than an art showcase, it was a celebration of community, creativity, and togetherness. “The prizes were just icing on the cake,” said Steve Prince, Director of Engagement.
