OSAKIS — There could be a little cell-shock when school starts in Osakis on Sept. 2.
That’s because the school board has expanded last year’s “pocket to locker, locker to pocket” policy to all grades and lunch hours.
The district will be communicating with parents and students about the policy changes before the start of school next week.
Meanwhile, the school board approved a new community survey to go out to Osakis voters early next month.
The school board hopes to have survey results in hand to look at by the beginning of October.
