More specifically, how can we show students in our community that they matter and that we support them as they go back to school? Let the kids of our community know that they matter, they belong here, and they are supported no matter what they may be sensing or hearing elsewhere. We already have what it takes to make our community the kind of place we want to live, a safe place where we all belong. Use your power to cultivate kindness with the kids of our community. Let them know that they matter by sharing a smile, attending a sporting event, and voting “yes” for our students.
