THE Federal Government has today set the nation’s 2035 climate change target at a range from 62 percent to 70 percent reduction on 2005 emissions. Climate Change and Energy minister Chris Bowen said the decision sent the right investment signal, responding to the science and delivered with a practical plan. A number of documents to support the Government’s 2035 climate target were made available today.
