We also include fitness trackers that aren't wrist wearables, which includes the Whoop, smart rings, heart rate monitors, and blood sugar monitors. Some wrist-based fitness trackers will feature the ability to read emails and control music, but the screens are often smaller and less bright. I'm horrified by how many people tell me their fitness trackers are giving them a wrist rash.
